WARRANTY
We will replace any
items which are in some way defective in workmanship or materials.
You may return it within 30 days of receiving it in its original
packaging and condition for replacement. We cannot replace,
exchange or refund any custom made orders. There is a
15% re-stocking fee on every return.
Shipping is non-refundable.

A deposit of 50%
is required on all custom orders
Balance is due immediately upon receipt
A late charge of
2% per month, compounded is levied on
all late payments
DELIVERY
All standard items
in-stock are shipped immediately upon receipt of order
All custom-made orders take from 4 to 8 weeks
Items not in-stock will be sent as we receive them form our
suppliers
DESIGN FEES
PENNY's of Thunder Bay will endeavour to avoid design
fees as much as possible, Due to the type of article ordered, some
items cannot have samples provided prior to ordering. When samples
are able to be provided, the first sample will be provided
at no cost to the customer
providing the sample is returned to PENNY's of Thunder Bay.
Additional samples,
should they be requested will be assessed a fee commensurate with
the work involved to obtain same.

wholesale, the prices quoted are
wholesale, and are for mail order
sales only.
